In the town of Borage, Ireland, a young man named Turlough Brennan has had a rough life as his father abandoned him, he gets bullied at school and worse, his mother has been forced to take loans from a ruthless userer who won't stop harassing her and her family. Despite his attempts to help his mother, Turlough keeps finding himself getting in more obstacles along with having to deal with a certain darkness that has been growing within him for months if not years. Will he be able to save his family from financial ruin or will he have to use the darkness within himself and take matters into his own hands?
