After Lindsay Tillman loses her mother to an unexpected illness, she and her father unfortunately start to drift apart due to their grief preventing them from actually getting closer. Things get even more complicated when Lindsay finds out that her father is now dating a woman named Mildura Safford and seemingly forgets about her. Suspecting that Mildura is going to become one of those evil stepmothers and take her father away from her for good, Lindsay and her friends begin making plans to sabotage her father's relationship with his new girlfriend for his own good.
